Business costs AUD 1,290 a month for up to three warehouses, ten customer accounts and ten staff accounts, and adds MCP/AI assistant access. Pro costs AUD 2,290 a month for up to five warehouses and thirty customer and staff accounts each. Enterprise is quoted for larger operations. Extra warehouses, customer accounts and staff accounts can be added at any time.

What happens when the free trial ends?
Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of it your data is deleted, so choose a plan before the trial ends if you want to keep it.
What is MCP, and do I need it?
MCP lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT read your warehouse data inside the permissions you grant. It is optional — everything works without it — and it is included on the Business, Pro and Enterprise plans.
Which sales channels can I connect?
Shopify and Naver Smart Store connect directly; Amazon, eBay, Wix, your own store or ERP are connected by EZwarehouse through our REST API and webhooks (setup fee applies). A test environment is provided before you go live.
